Workshop Description
A fun crash course of the 3 basic hand-building techniques. This workshop is suitable for kids (4+) & adults WHAT Create 1 work using the 3 basic techniques. Learn the basic techniques: pinch, coil & slab Inclusions: 1 kg stoneware clay pottery tools, studio use, firing & glazing of 1 work, door to door shipping of fired works (within 1-2 months) WHO This course will be instructed by sculptor Genavee Lazaro (Avee). She has been sculpting with clay since 2016, when she worked as a studio assistant at UP Diliman's Ceramics Department. She graduated from Philippine High School for the Arts as a Visual Arts Major, and furthered her education at UP Diliman College of Fine Arts as a Sculpture Major. She actively exhibits her artworks in various galleries and art fairs, locally and internationally.
